PPA – Matte provides artists and crafters, art quilters and textile artisans with a lightweight, smooth consistent adhesive, excellent for virtually any surface, without gripping or leaving a residual tackiness when dry. It is durable, flexible, and dries to a transparent matte finish.Excellent for use in gluing or as a finishing coat for collage, montage, assemblage, decoupage, glazing and all arts and crafts. It can also be used on glass, plastic and many fabrics.Ideally used with a slightly dampened brush, it can be thinned with water or mixed with acrylic paints. It is UV resistant, water soluble, and water resistant when completely dry.
