Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel is like regular embossing powder except that the resin is much larger, making it thicker in appearance. It is designed to build, layer upon layer so a stamped image can be impressed. Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel is often called by its acronym UTEE. It is important to remember that all of the techniques in this book are dome while the UTEE is hot.
