Celebrate!

This creative “Celebrate!” card was made by artist Becky O’Donnell.

For this card, white cardstock with red and blue glitter paper was used. It is adorned with white star stickers that are coated in diamond glaze. It was stamped with VersaFine Clair ink (Blue Belle), and the exclamation point was colored with a red fine tip pen. A swivel was placed under the center star to allow it to spin!
